Mr. Kapuskar is a senior project manager with 36 years of experience in the transportation sector on 250+ bridge, rail/bus transit, tunnel, roadway, storm water pollution management, port, channel and off-shore projects. He oversees geotechnical investigation, foundation design and construction support on prominent and award-winning projects including the East Span San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, Devils Slide Tunnels, Crenshaw-LAX Light Rail and Regional Connector Transit Corridor projects in Los Angeles, and E-Street Corridor sbX Bus Rapid Transit Project in San Bernardino. He has performed Better Management Practice (BMP) site screening studies at over 200 sites for Caltrans and various counties and cities in California for design of storm water drainage systems. Mr. Kapuskar also manages company operations related to computer-based engineering.

He contributed to port-wide seismic studies for Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles. He conducted research and co-authored publications including under NSF and NCEER grants on geotechnical topics and state-wide performance-based bridge abutment research in collaboration with USC, FHWA, UC Davis, UC Berkeley, and UC San Diego, and Caltrans. He co-developed a new method for wall passive earth pressure referenced in the Caltrans Seismic Design Criteria code.
